One of my coworkers is a weed addict and he either comes 3-4 hours too late to work or doesn't show up at all. Maybe in 1 day of the week he comes on time, if lucky.
He's like that for more than half a year now but nothing happens, apparently he is talking a lot to our companies psychologist and she protects him.
