I like debian in terms of design philosophy and a bunch like kubuntu, fedora, suse in terms of out of the box look and usability.
I don't have enough experience to have an opinion about packet managers, though.

on Fedora theres wine in repos but trying to install it returns 404,
on Leap version of openSUSE theres no wifi driver by default install, in Rolling Tumbleweed it is fine tho'
Mageia just works
so now i have installed 3 distros:
1. mageia
2. GeckoLinux Rolling
3 GeckoLinux Static
i have tried RockyLinux & it's clone AlmaLinux in live mode & it was w/o wifi drivers
