Tea is so good, why didn't I learn about this earlier

That specific tea or tea in general?

milk tea is good :]

Mainly this specific tea, but I'm also open to other tea as long as it doesn't contain caffeine

have you tried water?

>>325210
I quit caffeine and I only drink caffeinefree tea now. In the evening I drink camomille tea and peppermint tea. 35 days of sobriety behind atm

Same I chose that tea specifically because it’s caffeine free

How did it improve your life?

>>325323
Wise choice. I feel camomille helps me wire down for the evening and fall asleep a bit easier. Peppermint tastes really good.

My brain slowed down, my overthinking in every situation calmed down. I can focus on the task at hand, and my thoughts are not constantly escaping to other things. My constant anxiety and stress is gone. I fall asleep easier and my sleep is way more fulfilling and deeper, in the morning I feel like I have actually rested, instead of just having laid there like ealier
Also, feels like I'm finally hydrated, less running to the toilet constantly, and having this constant pressure in my head, which I think caused many small headaches.
Not to mention the benefits I want from better absorption of vitamins, and also living a independent life free from a substabce controlling it, punishing me with withdrawal symptoms if I don't constantly consume it. Now I have stable energy through the day

Bought this tea today and damn it's delicious. Cinnamon, hop and orange peel.

Not a bigfan of these fruity tees.
I prefer bitter herbs.

Try lemonbalm (Melissa officinalis). The leaves.

Why is tea so good? I'm glad I finally took the hot beverage pill, it literally feels like consuming coziness and hapiness.

Bernd, have you eve drank kukicha tea?

>>325558
No, no caffeine for me, baby, so no green tea.

Currently drinking tea with chamomile, fennel and valerian root. Hmmm
