What waterfilters do you use and why? I have a grayl and love it, but I wanted to see what someone else might be using

>>269973 The Grayl has pretty impressive filter and purifying claims. Where i live has lots of farming so lots of nitrogen run off and i haven't gotten ill yet while using it here and away, but yes its always best to try to find a spring

Yea this is fine if you live in yurope and have good tap water, but if you travel for work and stuff local tap water can be pretty bad

drinking water is bad for you, you know that? water is very hypotonic, it causes you to lose electrolytes
you should ideally drink liquids which are close to the osmolarity of your blood
