He's a Russian youtube personality. Back in late 80s early 90s he was a locally (in his town) known rocker, most famous for his bicycle trip across Europe

He claims that Vaclav Gavel gifted him a robur-3000 in Prague, and he really did return to his town next to Smolensk with that bus.
Newspapers were all about him but then he was quickly forgotten and became alcoholic. But that wasn't it.
Cops stole his bus, they just took it. And they also had to put him in an asylum, they gave him all sorts of crap so he actually did become a bit insane in the end.
And now he looks like this.
