After the WW2 and the end of the Cold war, USAmericans set up the world economic system in a way, where everyone needs dollar and it benefits US economy. Its also due to the demand from the American customers who have a lot of money to spend so they buy a lot of goods made in other countries, using their dollars. Why do the American consumers have a lot of money to spend? Because Americans set up the world economic system in a way, where everyone needs dollar and it benefits US economy. Like a self sustaining loop. Everyone depends on the dollar, and when Americans print dollars, they don't only circulate in US economy, a lot of countries use dollars to make deals. So when Americans print a dollar note, that note can then be used to make a deal between Paraguay and South Africa, even though it doesn't make sense really, why would these two countries use the money from the third country to make the deal only between them two? Its a fucked up system and it has to be broken, this cycle that only breeds dependency and fuels the pockets of Americans, even though they mostly don't deserve it. Modern USAmericans don't deserve a nickel, they are fat and lazy and dumb.
