www.deepbrid.com is a somewhat cheap multihoster thats not completely stable but cheap.
if you want to download magnet/torrent you better have VPN which usually also needs payment to allow p2p warez. you always get hit for "uploading" (much financial damage) while even if they catch you on DDL (which doesnt happen, I even got too lazy to use vpn there) they will just be able to complain about the worth of the thing you just stole (20 money + lawyer).
