I know, but my teeth are very good. I regularly clean them thoroughly, go regularly to my dentist for checkups and most of the time I don't eat much sugar. Just sometimes, when I really crave it...

I wouldn't really call those alternatives. Yes, I eat all of these, but they can't replace the dopamine hit one gets through candy sugar.

Been living sugar free for the entire last month but broke my streak by buying donuts today.
After the first one I already didn't feel good but somehow I ate the remaining ones too without even knowing, and 5 minutes later I did not even feel good anymore.
Sugar is hell of a drug and while quite literally frying your brain cells when taking in too much it even makes ugly teeth and fat too.
Big yikes.
